The owners of an aging strip center in Yuba City requested an upgrade to their property, in order to entice higher end tenants.

After exterior pillars were added, new lighting was installed, and the entire complex was rejuvenated by different paint colors.

Unusual signage elements were fashioned and hung, and with the overhaul of the landscape and paving, a much more updated strip center was born.

All of the improvements had the desired effect, and this center has now proven to be very popular with both tenants and shoppers alike.
