SMALL OFFICE DESIGN ■
tuscanoofficeint

This project is a prime example of how to take a rather non-descript, run-down space, and with a few careful designs turn it into a comfortable workspace.

An existing pre-fabricated metal structure provided the shell, whilst a new interior of approximately 600 square feet was inserted into a portion of the structure.

Special attention to details and material selection vastly altered the overall feeling of this small space.

The high ceilings were further emphasized by adding wood panels and floodlights, and floors were kept simple with neutral colored tiles and carpet. In addition, the continuity of earth tone paint colors, from the outdoor metal awnings to the interior walls, brings cohesion to the project.

Outside, new sidewalks and plantings were added, and what was once an eyesore was transformed into a desirable office.
